Been remiss on posting lately.  A little catch up, not in chronological order. Due to Sebastian's surgery and recovery in September we had to postpone our trip to Disneyworld. Even though he was insistent upon going and not canceling the trip for the kids. I vetoed that and we stayed home. I know he's secretly happy I did. It would have been very difficult for him to travel.  Although, Jakey doesn't understand why we couldn't go without him. Poor dad! I promised the kids that we would still do fun things during the week, but honestly, what compares to a week of Disneyworld when you are staying home? Hey, I tried!

Lis had an early morning game in San Marcos on my birthday. I received a text at 6:00 am from my girlfriend asking if I was awake and to come to the door in 5 minutes.  My good friend MLW and her husband were standing at the door with breakfast.  Amazing way to start the day.

When you trick or treat in both your neighborhood and then move on to your friends neighborhood you end up with a pillowcase full of candy. Of course the logical thing to do the next night is have a candy fight. Pillows under the shirt are necessary when pelting each other with hard candy.

Lis went to the pumpkin patch with her friends so we took Jakey all on his own. Single child for the day. Fun!
